• • Earn an income. A qualifying income is one that is active, recurring, and ideally can be verified through your bank account history.
  • Be on time with your mortgage and child support payments. You must not have an active bankruptcy.
  • Have a checking or savings account. We do not accept credit cards, prepaid cards, pay cards, government benefit cards, or tax cards.
  • Have a social security number or ITIN.
  • Reside in Tarrant, Dallas, Rockwall, Denton, Collins, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Hood, Johnson, Parker, Somervell, or Wise County
  • Unfreeze your TransUnion credit report before applying, if applicable.

What documents will I need?

• You will need your bank account username and password to connect your account. This step is required.
• Verified ID via submission of a non-expired government-issued ID.
• Additional information may be requested.

When can I expect to receive my deposit?
The loan will be deposited into your connected bank account within 1-2 days of signing your contract, holidays excluded, after all documents have been received. 

Will my credit be pulled?
Yes, Capital Good Fund will conduct an automatic hard credit pull that will impact your score. Your credit score does NOT influence your decision but your credit history will.
