Residential Program

Our residential solar leasing programs offer:
- Immediate Savings: Lower your monthly electricity bill by up to 20%**, with no upfront costs or hidden fees.

To be eligible for this program, your household income must be $150,000 or less per year. Why? Because this program aims to help those who have historically been unable to gain access to solar energy and face the greatest energy cost burdens.

Solar For All Updates
This April, Capital Good Fund, as a lead applicant for the Georgia BRIGHT Communities initiative, was awarded $156M from the EPA’s Solar For All program, enabling us to empower low-income and disadvantaged communities across the state to join the clean energy revolution through rooftop solar into 2025.
