In partnership with local utilities and Mass Save, we are thrilled to offer the DoubleGreen Loan. Ranging from $500 to $25,000, this interest-free loan through Mass Save’s Heat Loan program pays for measures that make your home more energy-efficient and safe. In fact, you can get a loan for a variety of upgrades (usually as a package of measures), including:
- Weatherization
- Pre-weatherization barriers
- ENERGY STAR certified replacement windows*
- Residential batteries enrolled in ConnectedSolutions
- Heat pump projects
- Heat pump water heaters
Designed to serve the needs of moderate-to-middle-income homeowners with less-than-perfect credit, the loan is paid back in monthly installments over two to seven years. And because you don’t have to pay interest, the loan is extremely affordable.
You may also receive a free energy-efficiency assessment at this link. If your project requires more than $25,000, check out our HomeGreen loan.

$500 to $25,000 • 0% Annual Percentage Rate
