Ranging from $500 to $25,000, this interest-free loan through Mass Save’s Heat Loan program pays for measures that make your home more energy-efficient and safe. In fact, you can get a loan for a variety of upgrades (usually as a package of measures), including:

• ENERGY STAR certified replacement windows*
• Residential batteries enrolled in ConnectedSolutions
• Heat pump projects
• Heat pump water heaters 

Designed to serve the needs of moderate-to-middle-income homeowners with less-than-perfect credit, the loan is paid back in monthly installments over two to seven years. And because you don’t have to pay interest, the loan is extremely affordable.
