• A referral form from a community agency or immigration attorney on Capital Good Fund’s list, providing proof of eligibility for the immigration step you seek to take.
  • If the purpose of the loan is to pay for an immigration detention bond, we instead require a copy of the judge’s immigration order, and we may ask for additional documentation.
