Pennsylvania BRIGHT offers two location-dependent solar leasing programs tailored to Low and Middle-Income (LMI) residents in southeastern and southwestern Pennsylvania. In the southwest, the program aims to help 100 LMI families, with battery storage available for half of the installations. In the southeast, 60 solar panel systems will be installed in partnership with the established Solarize Philly campaign.
Both programs feature no upfront costs, affordable energy payments, and ongoing maintenance, helping communities historically left out of the transition to clean energy and its financial benefits.
