About Good Fund:
Founded in 2009, Good Fund is a social change organization whose mission is to provide equitable financial services that create pathways out of poverty. As a nonprofit, U.S. Treasury certified Community Development Financial Institution and member of the Opportunity Finance Network, we offer families living in poverty one-on-one financial coaching and personal loans from $300-$20,000.

Responsibilities:
The job of the Systems Officer is to develop and maintain the systems infrastructure for Good Fund. While there will be some responsibilities in networking and hardware, the focus will be on cloud software: our client portal built on Magentrix, and our operations in Salesforce.com. In order to support our growing organization, you will be asked to:
• Collaborate with staff across the organization to improve workflows and client experience
• Maintain existing systems and implement new features for the capitalgoodfund.org website, the Salesforce.com backend, and the online Client Portal
• Manage vendor relationships including through filing support tickets and contracting additional development work

You must:
• Be a self-starter with an impeccable eye for detail
• Be a continuous learner and open to working in unfamiliar development environments
• Have one to three years experience in computer science, IT support, web development, or database administration
• Be proficient in HTML, CSS, and familiar with JavaScript

Preferred Background or Experience:
• Expertise in object-oriented programming, particularly ASP.NET or C#
• Experience in Salesforce.com administration or development
• Experience building API connections
• Proficiency in written Spanish

Training and Compensation:
The Systems Officer will receive extensive training on all of Good Fund’s systems, policies and procedures, as well as on Good Fund’s products and services. The Systems Officer will also work closely with experienced systems staff until such time as he or she is proficient in the responsibilities of the role.

This is a full-time, 40 hour-per-week position. The Systems Officer will earn an annual base salary of $45,273, and five years of relevant experience will raise the base salary to $49,773. In addition, the Systems Officer will receive a competitive benefits package that includes a bus pass, medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, five paid sick days and fifteen days paid time off in the first year on staff.

As a nonprofit, U.S. Treasury certified Community Development Financial Institution and member of the Opportunity Finance Network, we offer families living in poverty one-on-one Financial & Health Coaching, and personal loans up to $20,000. We are excited to expand upon our services in Sarasota, Florida and are in search of a dynamic and skilled professional to assist with those efforts.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Client Services Officer is Good Fund’s community ambassador, sharing information about the organization’s products and services with prospective applicants, building and maintaining partnerships with local organizations and leaders, and supporting existing clients.

The Client Services Officer will perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
• Supporting loan origination by responding to inquiries, collecting needed documentation from loan applicants, and informing applicants of loan and coaching services available from Good Fund;
• Serving clients by providing referrals to Good Fund coaching and local partner support;
• Building networks with existing and prospective community partners and supporters, and appear at community events;
• Managing one or more volunteers; and,
• Performing other responsibilities as appropriate.

Training and Compensation:
The Client Services Officer will receive extensive training on all of Good Fund’s systems and loan and coaching products. Additionally, the Client Services Officer will receive training on various topics related to consumer lending.

This is a full-time, forty-hour-per-week position. The Client Services Officer will earn an annualized base salary of $36,857.57. In addition, the CSO will receive a competitive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan with an employer match of 2%, medical insurance with a $250/month employer subsidy, dental insurance fully covered by employer, five paid sick days per benefit year, 15 paid personal days in the first year on staff, and the opportunity to apply for personal loans of up to $2,000 at 0% interest.
